I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a developing industrial park on the outskirts of Frankfurt. The location was convenient for my business trip and provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the city. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the added touch of having an electric kettle in the room. The hotel offered a range of services including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, ensuring that all my needs were met.

The hotel offered complementary champagne and hors d'oeuvres during the new year's eve celebration. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to the train station and had easy access to the city center. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful view of the surrounding area, which we enjoyed from our room.
The room had a musty odor that did not go away even after the hotel staff sprayed it with room freshener. Moreover, one of the towels in the bathroom was dirty, and there were no washcloths available.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms at Mercure Hotel. The air conditioning worked well and the bathroom amenities provided were sufficient. We also appreciated the added convenience of having an electric kettle and minibar in our room. The on-site parking was convenient for us as well.
